“Let me start by saying, I don’t often make product recommendations. This is because my standards for systems we use within our business are very high. WorkStream and Deena Englander exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to streamline their office operations.
Our company was transitioning from a paper system to a paperless system that involved 15 employees working in the system daily. There were many moving parts, and a need to coordinate a smooth transition to the new system, and to educate staff on its use.
Deena sat down with us in consultation and learned the entire process and the part it played in our company operations. She then proposed a database system to replace our paper system. Within a few weeks she delivered a prototype, and we were testing the database. I personally contacted Deena several times per day with requests for additional features and tweaks to the database, all of which were responded to in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.
The end result has been exactly what we needed, and it is working smoothly. We are savings dozens of hours each week due to Deena’s database solution, and on the rare occasions that I require troubleshooting, she has been available to make changes or hop on my computer to diagnose the issue and quickly fix it.
